YB43 tobacco packing machine line
Takes the HLP2N technology introduced from Molins by China
National Tobacco machinery Group Coperation.has absorbed this technology and developed it.
This packing line is mainly composed for four single machines: YB43A Cardboard Packet Packing Machine, YB59A Packet Film Packing Machine, YB69A Carton Packing Machine and YB99 Carton Film Packing Machine (Coupon Insert Unit and YTB Tax Mark Sticking Unit are optional).
It is used for the whole process of packet packing, packet film wrapping, box packing and box film over wrapping. It is equipped with pneumatic rejection, automatic lubrication, cigarette packet storage, direct start control system and also it can be start slowly. It adopts vortex cams dividing mechanism and advanced PLC programmable control to ensure it the function of automatic detection, rejection and trouble display with easy operation and maintenance. ZB43A Cardboard Packet and Carton Packing Line has got the TUV CE Approval and exported to 25 countries and areas such as USA, Germany, Spain, Russia, UAE, Romania, North Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong and so on.
Based on the 20 cigarettes packet with diameter 7.8mm, length 84mm and collection 7-7-6, this line has been developed independently the new types of packaging such as round corner packing and packaging line and octagonal packing and packaging line to satisfy the requirement for the different collections, different diameters, different lengths and different quantity of cigarettes.

P-180 Cardboard Packet Packing Line is used to pack the cigarettes
in length of 84-100mm with different diameters, in different arrangement. It can automatically complete the operations of hinge-lid cardboard packet packing, packet film wrapping, carton packing and carton film overwrapping. And its packing speed is 180 packets per minute.
The line has slow starting, automatic protecting, testing, ejecting and indicating fault functions, and features, and features easy operation and convenient maintenance. It is the ideal cardboard packaging equipment. About the standard of the products, we can make the various according to the customers' requiems, for example 10pcs/box,12pcs/box, 16pcs/box, etc..
This machine is used to packing the BOPP film outside the packet paper, it can also be used in packing Molasses Tobacco.
