This product is used for wrapping of cigarette packets with cellophane (normally BOPP film), so as to keep the moisture content of cigarette unchanged and cigarette flavor fresh inside the packet. A tear tape is also winded around the cellophane for easy opening of packet.

 

 

ZWXB-300 is fully automatic vertical machine, auto making bags (pipe style bag), filling and sealing. It is suitable for packing pipe bags and sachet (stick style). ZWXB-300 packing machine is suitable for flat roll packing film. Packing films passes lapel style pipe former, and do a series of working, along with a vertical filling device to seal. Horizontal and then inside pipe fill packing material, horizontal sealing and cutting. Sealing style is jointing. It is widely used for Filter Khaini, Snuff, Snus, SKOAL-BANDITS, SIMILAR PRODUCTS. The final sachets will be transported to ZWXB-100 Zipper bag packing machine through conveyer belt.

Introduction

 

GDX1 Cigarette Packing Machine is also a medium-speed model, capable of producing 400 soft packets per minute. It was developed on the basis of X1SC/4350/PACK-OW, which technology was introduced through the Technology Transfer Agreement between G.D, and China National Tobacco Corp. It consists of an YB15 Tray Feeder, an YB25 Cigarette Soft Packer, an YB55 Cellophaner, an YB65 Cartoner and an YB95 Overwrapper.
