also expand tobacco for next process.
Meanwhile, it can also add liquid to tobacco by spray nozzle.
The casing tank can mix and heat the liquid.

The casing & flavor preparation machine is core processing equipment on the tobacco primary production line, consisting of independent casing cylinder and flavoring cylinder with integrated liquid preparation, automatic dosing and atomized spraying systems.
The casing cylinder sprays humectant, sugar and conditioning liquid evenly onto tobacco leaves, lamina and stems to adjust moisture, reduce tobacco breakage and stabilize texture for follow-up cutting and drying. The flavoring cylinder carries out final aroma spraying on mixed cut tobacco, enriching cigarette taste and unifying smoke consistency for downstream MK8, MK9 and Protos cigarette making machines.

All contact parts with tobacco and liquid adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel. Dual-fluid atomizing nozzles realize ultra-fine mist spraying without liquid aggregation or uneven coating, solving the common defect of inconsistent tobacco taste caused by partial over-spray or under-spray.
